At Modern Twist Jewelry, we take pride in delivering quality products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges on regular-priced items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect. Please courier the product to our address at your own expense.

Refunds

Prepaid orders — The refund will be credited back to your original payment source.

All refunds and exchanges are processed after the returned item has been inspected by our Quality Control team. This typically takes 7–10 business days from the date we receive the parcel.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Sale items

Products purchased during promotional sales (Valentine’s Day, Black Friday, and other special offers) are final sale — they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your product is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting evidence.
If the issue is confirmed on our end, a replacement order will be dispatched. Store credit may be offered in exceptional circumstances where a replacement is not possible.
